Air New Zealand chose us to help with a total website refresh and rebuild. Our specific focus was reducing the amount of text within the site, particularly information-heavy pages in the Airpoints, baggage, fare types and check-in pages. Looking through the customers’ eyes, we simplified, shortened and modernised the written content to make information easier to find and understand.
